Deborah & Christopher Roffey have been involved in the travel industry since 1984 having started working in a family business operating holidays into Europe.
Drawing on many years of experience, Deborah and Christopher started their own business in 2006 known today as Starline Coaches. Established in Tonbridge operating from a modest facility with just two vehicles, their first new vehicle was purchased just one year later and have since constantly reinvested in vehicles to meet customers’ expectations and keep up with the latest requirements of clean air zones by purchasing vehicles that have very low emission levels.
In 2014 Starline moved to a larger facility just outside of Maidstone where it still operates from to date. Close to the major road and motorway networks, Starline are now ideally based for quick access to air and sea ports, whilst also being within an hour from London. Our operating centre includes facilities such as an in-house workshop equipped to carry out routine servicing, preventative maintenance inspections and daily vehicle checking against minor defects. We also work closely with a network of manufacturers to ensure our vehicles are compliant at all times.
Over the years, they have constantly developed the business which has seen significant growth within the Corporate, Touring and Educational Sectors including having been a major transport provider to the security services at the London 2012 Olympics.
Starline is now a major operator in the area with an exceptional reputation for their service and professionalism and have a substantial fleet of modern, executive vehicles which are available to hire for any occasion.
